I really enjoy selling real estate in Houston, Texas!  The diversity of the people, homes and neighborhoods in the Inner Loop make every day full of variety and challenges helping my clients find a home to satisfy their needs and wants.  Marketing listings is a favorite part of my business. To find the best way to sell a house quickly for the highest price is a challenge I enjoy—whether it’s personal marketing while networking with other agents, or presenting the property to the public through advertising, professional brochures, and expert staging of the home.

I am experienced helping buyers find new homes, older homes, foreclosed homes, condos, townhomes and multi-family properties in subdivisions throughout metropolitan Houston.  I have resources to make the process easy for obtaining a loan, getting a professional inspection and closing at the title company in a timely manner.

I have favorite streets in Houston .  The wonderful live oak trees forming an arch over the esplanade could describe Main Street near Rice University, Sunset Boulevard, or South and North Boulevards, all near Rice University and the museums.  Allen Parkway links downtown with River Oaks and Kirby Drive, both with buildings and homes of interesting and beautiful design and landscaping to complete the picture. And Memorial Drive winds through neighborhoods as though it were a path through a forest, houses set back far from the road and noise absorbed by all the trees.

Living in Houston is an opportunity our family has enjoyed most of the last 30 years!  The schools, medical facilities, cultural arts and entertainment, professional and collegiate sports all create a great environment for families.  The city’s business community includes several Fortune 500 companies and is our nation’s energy center.  The beach on Galveston Island is just minutes away for sun, fun and relaxation.  Lakes nearby offer recreation in fresh water as well. 

I was chosen by my clients, as one of the ten winners of Sold on My Realtor contest by the Houston Chronicle in 2005.  And I have earned the designation of Luxury Home Marketing Specialist from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.  I am also a Certified Negotiating Expert.
